This will be the last entry about hotornot.com, I swear. But I had to share with everyone this guy's hotornot picture. By far THE best picture on the whole site. I want to shake this guy's hand.

I pointed out that next to the picture of THE best hotornot candidate is the THE best testimonial - for anything, ever. but then i saw that the testimonials change everytime you go to the screen. the one i'm talking about is by 'cameron':http://meetme.hotornot.com/?testimonial=1&state=vote&votee=2491433&vt=66&rand=860
That's just depressing. All experiments on HotOrNot have now officially concluded. I think I've gone dangerously close to (or possibly even attained) mean-spiritedness, and I don't want to look like a bastard. However, "Your Hung Over Dad"'s picture will stay up on the site, as will "I think I'm a Rock Star"'s picture (http://www.hotornot.com/r/?eid=BSAEN8N&key=AXS) and "Hey! I'm a little Boy"'s picture (http://meetme.hotornot.com/r/?emid=NURUAEB).
I will occasionaly spend a few minutes worth of distraction time on hotornot rating people's pics. My system: If they are male, they get 1, cause I don't wan't people to think I am gay right? Chicks are given a score based on how slutty they are trying to be, with a 10 reserved for those who truely go the extra mile.
All guys score pretty low for me. Most guys are pretty ugly, although there are a few exceptions. With women, there are a lot of factors to consider. A big one is did they try? Like, if it's a blurry web-cam picture of themselves wearing sweatpants and they didn't bother to brush their hair, they're not going to get a very high score from me. If they put some effort into it, got a picture that's nicely lit, they're wearing something nice, they'll get a much better score, even if they're not necessarily "hot" or attractive in the traditional sense. Plus, I'm really into "nerd-chic" these days. Like you know how in teen movies there's a girl that is the "ugly nerd" because of bad hair and glasses and then they undergo some makeover and by the end of the movie they're superbabes? I wish they'd just stay nerdy and wear their ugly glasses.
you're exactly right on the nerd-chic, ERB. the librarian look is *totally* sexy, if you ask me... it says that there might be more substance and personality to that person than someone who would try to avoid it. wear the dark-rimmed glasses as a badge of honour!
